We are proud to produce natural pesto sauces with no additives or preservatives. Due to the organic nature of our product it is best
to use the pesto sauce according to the date listed on the label. If
you would like to eat the pesto sauce fresh you should utilize the pesto
within  a week of your purchase. If you didn't plan a pesto dinner for the
week no worries! Pesto freezes and holds wonderfully. We recommend freezing no longer than four months in order to keep the best flavor; however, you could store it frozen for six months. Once it is defrosted you must use it within a week, as you cannot re-freeze.

Our containers hold 8oz of pesto. Depending on the dish you are creating or how much sauce you like to have you may want two containers when buying. For reference, our 8oz containers are enough to cover 1lb of pasta

*REMEMBER to add a spoonful of pasta water into the pesto before dumping the pasta water. This will help spread the pesto.

When ordering online please allow three business days for your order to be confirmed. Once your order is received we will follow up with a confirmation which is were we will confirm the pick up/ drop off location.
