In Loving Memory
"Pesto Joe" was one of the nicknames given to my father in our local community as he was known for his secret pesto recipe that always had neighbors asking for more and relatives pleading for the recipe. Unfortunately it is with great sadness I share that my dad unexpectedly passed away June 2021. In wanting to keep his bright spirit alive and sharing something he took great pride in I established Pesto Joe LLC in loving memory of him. Check it out for yourself, we hope you leave with a smile on your face!

Joe was loved by all who met him. He was larger than life itself and always had a smile on his face. While Joe was good at many things cooking was not his strong suit. Pesto was Joe's secret recipe; one that has left a lasting effect on friends and family. Due to the frequent requests for his recipe after his passing his daughter Carina founded Pesto Joe to bring her fathers special touch back into the world.

Carina, the daughter of Pesto Joe, is just as vivacious as her father and continues his legacy of living life to the fullest and doing what she loves. Growing up in an Italian/American family it is only natural that she enjoys and appreciates good food. With a passionate and entrepreneurial spirit Carina is excited to continue her fathers legacy- both in loving others and in loving pesto.
